Prepare for the Silver Award by supercharging your peer leadership skills as you earn the new GSUSA Silver Torch Award.
This workshop builds your confidence and strengthens your ability to work as part of a peer team and to stand out as a leader. You'll learn to identify your strengths and personal goals, create a plan to help your group achieve its goals, delegate tasks, develop timelines, and build a toolkit for strengthening discussions, motivating your peers, and resolving conflicts. These are essential skills you need to prepare for a successful Silver Award project.

$60.00 per Girl Scout
Includes: Two virtual workshops (Award Pin not included).

Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 14, 2026
Note: This award is intended for those who are already part of a team or group for the duration of the session. You can use many types of teams or groups, including sports, school, clubs, Girl Scout advisory board, or other community organizations. If this does not apply to you, please choose a different leadership award.
