Drivers, a nonprofit organization founded by the California Highway
Patrol, holds an annual contest and calls on students, ages 14-22, to

Students enter by using their creativity to either design a poster or
produce a 3-minute video on the message of safety for passengers and
drivers. There are two ways to enter: individual for personal prizes
