The Girl Scouts of Orange County Program Centers are local facilities where Girl Scouts, Troops, Volunteers, and Service Units can host meetings, events, and workshops. There are four locations open for booking troop meetings; Anaheim, Yorba Linda, Seal Beach, and Laguna Beach.
For troop meeting reservation requests, reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis through the Program Center Reservation & Facility Agreement form at least 30 days in advance. Overnight reservations are processed through a self-service online calendar system at least 60 days in advance. If you would like to book within a 60 day period please email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org and we will do our best accommodate your request.
All Covid-19 requirements need to be met, before a reservation is issued.
30 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please send your request in writing to customercare@girlscoutsoc.org at least 30 days in advance of your original reservation date.
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds requested after the reservation date will not be granted. Overnight reservation payments are due in full 30 days prior to the reservation. Any payments not completed 30 days prior to reservation may result in a cancellation.
