The Voice for Girls Forum is an interactive think tank for Orange County’s decision-makers and key influencers, hosted by Girl Scouts of Orange County, to align local leaders around a vital mission—to support and champion girls in reaching their full potential as leaders in society.

EmpowerHER: A Celebration of Women Leaders marks Orange County’s annual National Girl Scout Day luncheon, held on March 12, the anniversary of the founding of Girl Scouts in 1912. This historic gathering highlights Orange County tradition—celebrating extraordinary women whose leadership has shaped our community while investing in the next generation of Girl Scout changemakers.
The focal point of the 2027 program is still being determined, but will incorporate a documentary film that aligns with our mission as Girl Scouts of Orange County - to build girls of courage, confidence, and character.
The 2027 EmpowerHER event will also honor a local woman with the EmpowerHER Award, recognizing enduring leadership and profound impact on Girl Scouts of Orange County and the broader Orange County community.
