This virtual training is designed for Troop Cookie Coordinators to learn the key responsibilities and steps needed to support a successful Cookie Program. Participants will review important dates, ABC Smart Cookies, Digital Cookie, inventory management, finances, and booth sales. The training will also cover helpful resources and best practices for supporting Girl Scouts and families throughout the season. By the end of the training, TCCs will have a clearer understanding of what to expect and where to find support when questions come up.
