True North Girl Scout Award: Your Journey to Leadership Begins Here
Leadership isn't built in a day-it starts with a single step. Whether your GSUSA True North Award goal is to join a club, lead a team, land a job, make new friends, learn a skill, or work towards the Gold Award award, every big achievement begins with small, intentional actions.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to create a thoughtful, step-by-step plan to turn your aspirations into reality. If the Gold Award is your dream, you'll also discover what it takes to reach it and how to make your vision a success.
Our True North series goes beyond award requirements. The second session is dedicated to exploring Gold Award resources, with a highlight being our popular Workshops4girls Mentoring Team panel. Hear directly from Scouts who are currently earning their Gold Award or have already achieved it-they'll share their experiences, answer your questions, and offer invaluable tips for your True North personal challenge and the Gold Award, too.
