Recruitment Event WTL
Use this form to enter leads generated from recruitment events. Please provide as much information possible.
Follow our GSOC lead entry standards:
- One submission per household: If multiple girls from the same family are interested, enter the younger girl’s name, grade, and details in the appropriate fields. Add the older girl’s information in the description field.
- Exception (August–March): If one of the girls is in TK/Pre-K, enter the older girl’s details in the form fields and the TK girl’s information in the description field, as TK girls are not eligible until Extended Year (April–July).
- How did you hear about us? field: Enter the Service Unit number, the event theme, and the date of the event. Ex: 104- Slime- 10.1.24
- Missing zip codes: If a zip code isn’t provided, use the school’s zip code
- Description field: Include any notes or details, such as interest in leadership
