Dear Delegates and Alternates,
Thank you for your commitment to serve as a representative to the 59th Annual Meeting of the Girl Scouts of Orange County, being held at Lake Forrest Civic Center.
We are looking forward to connecting with Girl Scout champions, including our girls, volunteers, Board of Directors, GSOC Staff and you! This event is by invitation only and we are excited to spend time with you and continue to keep our volunteers’ and girls’ voices at the center of everything we do.
Girl Scouts of Orange County’s Annual Meeting provides a vital opportunity for you to be part of our council’s decision making on matters of importance to Girl Scouting in Orange County. During the meeting, you are also called on to vote on the slate of Members-at-Large to the Board of Directors.
For more than 100 years, Girl Scouts have been taking charge by taking action. We don’t just stand by, we step up. We applaud your commitment to stepping up as Delegates and Alternates, and we look forward to working together to carry on our long tradition of engaging in the parliamentary process.
Thank you for leading by example and for sharing your time and talents to build a lifetime of leadership for our Girl Scout sisterhood.
