Event Location: Irvine, CA
Join OC Habitats and Girl Scouts of Orange County to learn about how you can use resources wisely through OCH's Reduce-Reuse-Recycle-Compost Program. By participating in our lessons and supplemental activities, you will complete the requirements of the Girl Scout Clover Use Resources Wisely Petal.
In this workshop you will learn about:
- Reducing your use of plastic
- Reusing everyday things
- Recycling leftover items
- Composting organic materials
*This Use Resources Wisely petal is not provided in this program. You can purchase the petal online or at the GSOC shop.
**This is not a drop-off event. Girl Scouts must attend with a registered adult troop leader or another designated responsible adult. Adult attendance is required to maintain proper ratios. No tagalongs, please.
*This event is open to troops, Juliettes, and those with an active membership awaiting placement in a troop!
