Join us as we explore the magical world of Disney! Day Camp is a program planned and run by teenage Girl Scouts and adult volunteers, offering an adventure with games, music, crafts and STEM activities. Scout campers will make new friends and learn skills and songs in a beautiful outdoor setting. Registration is limited! In the event registration exceeds capacity, priority will be given to campers of full-time adult volunteers and troops who satisfy their volunteer requirement.

Meals:

Optional lunch service is available to anyone attending camp. Lunch will be brought in or made at camp, Monday - Friday. Meals include a main dish, side dish, dessert and drink. Meals preordered during registration are $5/day. Meals purchased the day of camp will be $6/day.

A daily snack is provided to all participants. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, so please plan accordingly.

Optional Thursday Overnight Campout:

$25 per camper (no Pixies or Boys). Your troop's adult chaperones should register as an adult volunteer. Adults are needed for safety-wise ratio and camp for free.

This sleepover is for Girl Scouts, Camp Aides and Adults only. (Sorry, NO boys or pixies.) The overnight includes activities, dinner, and breakfast. This is a troop activity. Two troop helpers (one must be the troop's tent trained adult) per troop must attend. Girls cannot attend individually. Troop adults are responsible for supervising their girls from 2:30pm Thursday to 9am Friday when regular camp resumes. Troops are responsible for bringing their own tents & sleeping gear.

Adult Volunteers:

Volunteers are essential for the supervision and success of Day Camp. We require one full-time volunteer per five campers. Troops may fill this requirement by sending two different volunteers on alternate days. Volunteers do not have to be troop leaders, but they must be background screened registered members of Girl Scouts. Adult volunteers will attend a training meeting at 4:30pm on Sunday, June 8 to cover adult responsibilities, day camp plans and rules, and emergency plans.

All volunteers attending Service Unit Day camps must complete a fingerprint-based background check and an online Mandated Reporter Training.

If you have not completed this process, email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org and put Mandated Reporter Training and/or Fingerprinting in the subject line.

The only exception to this is if you're volunteering for only 1 day.

Why is this required?

One t-shirt is included with every registration. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase at $15 per t-shirt.
