Get ready for a rootin-tootin' good time at the Ladera Valley 2025 Day Camp-a four-day western-themed adventure your kids won't forget! From July 21-24, join us for 4 days filled with fun songs, exciting discoveries, creative crafts, and action-packed games, all with a Wild West twist. On the 4th day, we'll wrap up the adventure with a bang-sure to be a delightful celebration that'll leave everyone with memories of the best summer ever!
Lunch will be provided. A meal schedule will be emailed to all registrants prior to the start of camp, so you can plan accordingly-whether you'll be enjoying the provided meals or need to bring an alternative lunch.
Adult Volunteers: Adult volunteers are essential for the supervision and success of Day Camp.
All volunteers attending Service Unit Day camps must complete a fingerprint-based background check and an online Mandated Reporter Training.
If you have not completed this process, email customercare@girlscoutsoc.org and put Mandated Reporter Training and/or Fingerprinting in the subject line.
The only exception to this is if you're volunteering for only 1 day.
Sixth Graders: Become a GEM Shadow! Sixth graders, here's your chance for an exciting adventure! As a GEM Shadow, you'll get to experience camp like a camper, while learning from the GEM counselors about what it takes to lead and inspire as a future GEM counselor. It's a great opportunity to grow, have fun, and prepare for an amazing future at camp!
Registration includes one t-shirt for every camper, youth staff and full-time adult volunteer who is working 3 or more days. Extra t-shirts are available for purchase at the cost of $12 per shirt.

**Adult Volunteers with Camper Registration Price - pay full price at the time of registration. Refund for the difference will be processed after confirmation of volunteering. Limited to the first 15 Adult Volunteer - Full time registrations (Adult $0, Camper $65).
*Pixie's can only attend with their Adult Volunteer onsite.
Health history and other camp forms will be collected through CampDoc.com, a secure and easy-to use electronic health record system for camps. Look for an invitation email from CampDoc.com approximately one week after registration is completed. All forms must be completed 2 weeks prior to Day Camp.
This event accepts Cookie Dough, OC Bucks, and Juliette Dollars! Girls must complete online registration and pay in full. Cookie dough must be submitted to the Camp Director.
