In this 4-day virtual workshop series, Girl Scout Cadettes will find Find out about the air we breathe by visiting a wind farm, talking to an environmental scientist, or doing experiments using wind. By the end of the Breathe workshop series, each Cadette will have a well-developed plan for a Take Action Project (to be carried out on their own time after the series ends) to fix an air problem in their community. They could plant an indoor garden, campaign against smoking, or push for clean-air initiatives in their community. Girl Scouts will also be equipped with knowledge, skills, and resources to prepare them to create a strong Silver Award Take Action Project. Completing a Cadette Journey is a prerequisite for the Silver Award.

Participants start the Journey and earn awards on completion of their Take Action Project.
