Renowned pediatrician and eating disorder specialist Dr. Usha Ganesan is bringing her transformative Beyond The Reflection workshops to Girl Scouts! These online, fast-paced, and impactful sessions give girls the tools they need to resist harmful diet culture messages and embrace the truth that all bodies are good bodies.

Dr. Ganesan, founder of Beyond The Reflection, developed this curriculum to help kids and teens build resilience, self-confidence, and positive body image. Through engaging discussions and activities, Girl Scouts will explore self-worth, inner strength, and authentic beauty-all while earning one of the brand-new Girl Scout badges at no extra cost.

Workshops are tailored by grade level to provide age-appropriate, empowering lessons!

Cost: $30 per Girl Scout | $35 per Out of Council Girl Scout (adults attend free)

Cost Includes:

  • Fun with Movement Daisy badge.
  • Me Time Brownie badge.
