GSOC Shop Curbside Pick Up Instructions & FAQs
We are thrilled to announce that the GSOC Shop will begin curbside pick-up on Tuesday, June 9th at our Irvine Headquarters Shop.
Please read and follow the directions below so we can provide you with the best service and protect your health and safety, as well as our staff. Your cooperation, patience and understanding with our new process is greatly appreciated.
Pick up hours –
Monday - 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday-Thursday – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
When we receive your online order, we will send a confirmation email that your order was received. Please do not come pick up your order at that time.
Once your order has been filled and is ready for pick up, you will receive a second email with pick up information and a link to schedule your pick up time. Please arrive at your scheduled pick up time to help maintain the safest environment for you and our team.
When you arrive for your curbside pickup, please pull into the designated area and do not leave your vehicle. We cannot allow customers into the building for any reason. Send us a text at the number provided in your confirmation email with your first and last name and that you have arrived.
Our staff will bring your order to you. When our staff member approaches your car, please pop your trunk or roll down your passenger side window (if you do not have a passenger in your car) and your order will be placed in your car. Please remain inside your vehicle at all times.
For Orders Submitted BEFORE March 16 and You Received an Email Notification To Pick Up:
(Includes orders sent to all GSOC program centers)
• We will be sending you an email with a link to schedule a pick up time for your order.
• If you do not receive an email from us, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, including the name on the order. We will reply to your email with a new link for you to schedule a pickup time.
For All New Curbside Pickup Orders using a Credit Card:
Step 1: Log on to the Shop

Step 2: Select your items and add them to the cart.
Step 3: After you finish shopping, select ‘Check Out’. You’ll then be directed to a screen with the opportunity to donate to our council and select your preferred option.
Step 4: Enter your shipping address and select ‘Next’.
Note: Your order will NOT be shipped to the address you entered.
Step 5: Select the ‘Curbside Pickup’ option.
Step 6: Enter your payment information and complete your purchase.
For All New Curbside Pickup Orders using a Cookie Dough, Juliette Dollars or OC Bucks:
Step 2: After sending your email, please follow our instructions at the top of this document on how to pick up your order.
Please Note: All cookie dough with the original expiration date of 4/30/2020 has been extended to 12/30/2020.
For All Exchanges And/Or Returns:
Email email@example.com with your contact information and details of your return/exchange order. One of our staff will contact you.
Please Note: Receiving merchandise from previous purchases requires special care that we must handle on a case by case basis.
Q: What if you don’t have what I need?
A: At this time, our in store selection may be limited. If we don’t have the quantities or the items that you need, you can access our online shop 24/7 for a full selection, including online only specials at the GSOC Shop. All purchases made through the online retail website support the Girl Scouts of Orange County and currently standard shipping is free on all orders.
Q: How can I purchase an online only item with my Online Loot or other incentive?
A: If you have “Online Loot”, you may use it to place an online order. For Cookie Dough, OC bucks and Juliette Dollars please follow these instructions to exchange your incentives for eGift cards that can be used online. This is a temporary solution as we navigate the current quarantine order in California.
Q: How can I order Fun Patches?
A: If you have a specific request from our Fun Patch catalog, you can email, fax (949.461.8885), or snail mail our Fun Patch Order Form to us. We will email you with pick up information when your order is ready.
Q: When will the Yorba Linda Shop reopen?
A: We miss you too, and we appreciate your patience while we adapt to the new regulations and processes brought on by the global pandemic. We do not currently have a reopening date for the Yorba Linda shop, but we will return when it is safe and within our capacity. Meanwhile, please take advantage of the free shipping and wide selection of items found at the GSOC Shop.
