*Please note: All Curbside Orders placed between Thursday August 5th through Sunday August 15th will not be filled until after inventory. All online orders placed through girlscoutshop.com for GSOC Council merchandise will also be filled once we re-open on Monday August 16th.

Please read and follow the directions below so we can provide you with the best service and protect your health and safety, as well as our staff. Your cooperation, patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
GSOC Irvine Shop:
Please note: Masks are Regardless of vaccination status, masks must be worn at all times by children, adults, volunteers and staff members in the Girl Scout Retail Shop. Keep in mind that most of our youth membership is not yet eligible for the vaccine. We appreciate your cooperation in working together to keep our Girl Scout Community safe.
Placing a Curbside Order:
All curbside orders must be placed here. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be filled. Once we have fulfilled your order, you will receive an email from email@example.com. Please do not come pick up your order at that time.
You will have to schedule an appointment through the link in the email. Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up time (we close promptly at 12:00 PM for lunch).
Our staff will bring your order to you. When our staff member approaches your car, please pop your trunk or roll down your passenger side window (if you do not have a passenger in your car) and your order will be placed in your car. Please remain inside your vehicle at all times.
For All Exchanges and/or Returns:
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds must be made within 60 days of original purchase and accompanied with a receipt. All merchandise must have original tags attached, original packaging and be in saleable condition. All dated, clearance, event merchandise, and special orders are FINAL SALE.
Please Note: Receiving merchandise from previous purchases past our 60-day return policy requires special care that we must handle on a case-by-case basis.
Curbside Orders not picked up within 120 days will be donated due to storage space restrictions. You can make an appointment for your order here.
All GSUSA Online Orders must be returned to the Girl Scout Merchandise Distribution Center through their website.
Q: What if you do not have what I need?
A: At this time, our in-store selection is limited. Please call us ahead of time if you need larger quantities at (949) 461-8802. If we do not have the items and/or quantities that you need, you can access the Girl Scout National Online Shop 24/7 for a full selection, including online only specials on our Council webpage. All purchases made through the online retail website support the Girl Scouts of Orange County.
Q: How can I make a purchase with Cookie Dough, OC Bucks or
A: All incentives, including Cookie Dough, OC Bucks and Juliette Dollars may be used in-store at our shop to make purchases. Unfortunately, these incentives cannot currently be used online.
Q: When will the Yorba Linda Shop reopen?
A: We miss you too and appreciate your patience. We do not currently have a reopening date for the Yorba Linda shop. Please take advantage of the wide selection of items found at our Girl Scout National Online Shop.
