GSOC invites Grads and Gold Award Girl Scouts to the Green & Gold Celebration Sunday evening, May 18th, at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana. Annual Group photos will be taken at this event. Attire for Grads and Gold Award Girl Scouts is Girl Scout uniform.
The "Green & Gold" Celebration recognizing Grad & Gold Award Girl Scouts is an opportunity for girls and two guests to reflect on and celebrate their Girl Scout experience and be recognized! There will be photos, food, and fun at this special celebration for OC Girl Scouts! We look forward to celebrating our OC Girl Scouts through this new annual tradition!
Event Date and time: May 18, 2025, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Location: Bowers Museum
This event is open to Grads and Gold Award Girl Scouts and two guests per girl. There is no cost for Grads and Gold Award Girl Scouts. The cost for guests is $35.00 per person. For additional guests, join the waitlist using this form and we will notify you if spots become available.
*All registered Grads and Gold Award Girl Scouts will be recognized. Girls and families are invited to purchase tribute ads, contribute to award pins, and purchase other merchandise if desired.
- Tribute ads are available for purchase for a Quarter page (4.25" w x 5.5" h) for $35.00 per ad, a Half page (8.5" w x 5.5" h) for $50.00 per ad, and a Full page (8.5" w x 11" h) for $100.00 per ad.
- Award pin contributions are appreciated for the 10-Year Award and Bridge to Adult Award pins presented to eligible Girl Scouts in attendance for $10.00 each per award pin.
- Grad/Gold merchandise is available for purchase.

*To be recognized at the Green & Gold Celebration, Grads & Gold Award Girl Scouts include these awards as part of their event registration and Grads submit the Girl Scout Grad/Alum Contact Information. Girls submit the Girl Scout Faith Awards Report Form to receive an OC Faith Awards certificate (OC Faith Mentor and OC Faith Explorer) for earning the My Promise, My Faith Awards multiple times.
Note: The OC Faith Mentor certificate is presented to Girl Scouts who have earned 7 or more MPMF Awards and helped younger Girl Scouts to earn the MPMF Awards; the OC Faith Explorer certificate is presented to Girl Scouts who have earned ALL 13 MPMF Awards.
**To be considered for recognition at the Green & Gold Celebration, Grads submit the GSOC Grad Girl Award Submission Form by 3/1/25.
Grad Girl Award Submission Deadline: March 1, 2025 @ 11:59 pm (with references due by March 8, 2025).

We invite all Grads and Gold Award Girl Scouts to gather for group photos. We will share the group photos with all participants.

This event accepts GSOC Cookie Dough, GSOC OC Bucks, and GSOC Juliette Dollars! Girl Scouts must complete online registration and pay deposit (if applicable) or in full. Then fill out the Reimbursement form prior to participating in the event.
