Girl Scout Juniors, Cadettes, leaders, and parents - join us on July 11th for a "hands-on" introduction to the amazing world of First Lego League (FLL) Robotics. A local high school robotics team, Team Axle-otls, will introduce the FLL program and demonstrate Lego SPIKE robots and will teach event attendees how to program and operate a robot.
FLL is a global community and competition with core values complementary to Girl Scouting. Participants build self-confidence, problem-solving, and invaluable career and life skills.
We will also provide information on how the GSOC can assist troops and families that would like to start their own FLL teams to participate in the upcoming season. We will try to accommodate any Girl Scouts attending with an interest in joining a team this year!
