Technical Issues with UNIFY Fall Product Software: We are aware some Fall Product program participants experienced technical issues over the weekend using the new UNIFY Fall Product software. We are investigating and are working with our vendor on solutions. Thank you for your patience while we work with our vendor to improve your experience with the new Fall Product software.

Troop Product Coordinators with unresolved duplicate girls or duplicate orders should email CustomerCare@GirlScoutsOC.org with the subject line "UNIFY- duplicate girl" or "UNIFY - duplicate order" and we will work quickly to make the correction. 

If your troop missed the cutoff for placing their initial order online, please see page 10 of your Troop Plan Book for details about placing your order through the nearest cupboard beginning Friday, October 20
