Sow What? for Seniors & Justice for Ambassadors Journey Series (Session #SW/J12)
In this 4-day virtual workshop series, Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors will work toward their Senior Harvest or Ambassador Sage Awards.Girl Scouts will participate in the Journey for their level. Seniors will learn about food: how and where it's grown, harvested, processed, distributed, and consumed, and why it matters. Ambassadors will Identify global environmental issues and create your own vision for change. By the end of the Sow What? & Justice workshop series, each Senior/Ambassador will have a well-developed plan for a Take Action Project (to be carried out on their own time after the series ends). Girl Scouts will also be equipped with knowledge, skills, and resources to prepare them to create a strong Gold Award Take Action Project. Completing two Senior/Ambassador Journeys (or have earned the Silver Award and complete one) is a prerequisite for the Gold Award.
For Girl Scout Seniors, Grades 9-10 & Ambassadors, Grades 11-12
Cost: $100.00 includes workshop series (Journey book & awards are not included)

Registration Deadline: Wed., Mar. 5, 2025
Participants start the Journey and earn awards on completion of their Take Action Project.
