The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest award that can be earned by a Girl Scout Senior or Ambassador in 9-12th grade. The Girl Guidelines for earning the Gold Award are found in the Handbook section of The Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting for Seniors and Ambassadors.

Girl Scout Gold Award Training gives leadership strategies and applicable tips specific to the Girl Scout Gold Award. This course has been developed with the help of volunteers, is trained by volunteers, and is intended for girls and volunteers.

This training is REQUIRED for:

Girls who have completed or have nearly completed two (2) Senior or Ambassador Journeys –OR– have earned the Girl Scout Silver Award and have completed or nearly completed one (1) Senior or Ambassador Journey and are ready to focus on the Gold Award Take Action project.

 In order to create an effective learning environment for all, our volunteer trainers are unable to accommodate children at this training. Additionally, arriving more than 20 minutes after the start of training may cause you to forfeit credit for this adult learning opportunity. Please plan accordingly.
