Council headquarters, Irvine Grades: 9-12 Bottom of Form Girls submit their Project Proposal and participate in an interview with a member of the Gold Award Support Team to obtain approval before they begin their Gold Award project.  Interviews are scheduled between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on the interview date. No registration or RSVP is required; girls are assigned an appointment time on receipt of thier Project Proposal. Notification of appointment times are sent to girls after their Project Porposal is received by the application deadline (typically within 5-8 business days)....
