Program Aide Training Program Aide Training is for Cadettes. Cadette Program Aide is a Mentoring Award that requires that girls go beyond volunteering to help and are taking on a leadership role in planning and implementing activities for younger girls. Cadette Program Aide Training helps girls to complete one of the three steps to earning this Mentoring Award.
