Ordering Recognitions & Patches

After all entries in Snap are made create your Troop’s Recognition Order:

  1. Go To Recognitions icon => Create Recognition Order => Main
  2. Make recognition choices based on the Parent Responsibility Form for each girl
  3. Click “Commit” when finished

Apply ALL cookies to girls before Recognition Order is created. If Recognition Order is created BEFORE all of the cookies are allocated you must update the Recognition Order through the Manage Order Screen (see page 44 in the blue Troop Plan Book.)

Patch Form

The recognition order you create in Snap will not order the booth sale patches, Cookie Share patches, online patches, achievement bars, goal getter patches or the Shop Now! Troop recognition.  To order these you must fill out the Patch Form and turn it in to your Service Unit Cookie Manager with your Troop’s final paperwork by 9am March 14th.
