It's Your Planet- Love It at Camp Scherman

Looking for the perfect place to work on your It’s Your Planet- Love it! Leadership journey? Let Camp Scherman host your group as you focus on science and nature activities and get away from it all to work on your journey in this beautiful mountain setting. Camp’s property has much to contribute to your journey for all levels including a 1 acre garden and green house, 2 lakes to explore, crystal clear starry skies, clean air, hiking trails, and plenty of open space. Friendly staff will be available to facilitate program areas including canoeing, archery, and night hikes. Choose your own journey adventure and don’t forget your books!

This weekend is intended for groups to work on their journeys as they so choose. Camp staff will be available to run camp program activities. Group adults are responsible for implementation of journey program while at camp.

These Journeys address the Girl Scout Leadership Outcomes of 'Building a Strong Sense of Self', 'Seeking Challenges', "Creating Healthy Relationships', and 'Being a Resourceful Problem Solver'.

Cost: $135 per person, this camp will be located at the 101 Ranch Cabins.
