  1. Collect final cookie money from girls. Count all money received in the presence of the parent/guardian or another adult, give the payee a signed receipt and keep a copy of the receipt for Troop records.
  2. Record girl payments in SNAP.
  3. Make bank deposits into the TROOP account.

Conduct “last chance” booth sales on the last weekend. Girls’ monies should already be in the Troop bank account.
