First Troop Payment Due by February 21

  • Collect money from girls and deposit to the troop account frequently.
  • Record girl payments in SNAP. (See page 35 in Troop Plan book)
  • First payment is $2.01 per package received through Sunday, Feb 3. This includes troop transfers and Cookie Share.

Troops who are unable to make their full first payment must email ACH@GirlScoutsOC.org no later than Tues., Feb. 19 and with the following information:

  • Write “1st Payment Adjustment” plus your SU & Troop # in subject line of email.
  • Send email no later than Tuesday, February 19, 2013 and copy your Service Unit Cookie Manager.
  • Include Service Unit, Troop #, and total amount to be debited from account on 2/21/13.

Please note:  Troops will NOT be permitted to pick-up more cookies until full first payment has been made.
