Staying Fit Juniors
Good fitness habits are key to enjoying life and the younger these habits are established, the better. This course goes to the root of why fitness is important and will provide ways that the girls can incorporate healthy changes into their daily lives. This is not an exercise class, but they will be provided with workout tips and other techniques to exercise both their bodies and minds.
