How do you handle conflict? Conflict is a normal part of life, but how we choose to deal with conflict can have a positive or negative impact on our relationships. This workshop provides skill building opportunities on topics such as communication, understanding conflict styles, and conflict resolution skills. The skills addressed in this training can help leaders model with the  Scouts positive conflict resolution skills. Leaders will receive a handbook with all of the lessons covered in the workshop. Topics covered in this training align with activities of the Cadette aMaze Journey. Ideas of how to incorporate lessons from this workshop into the aMaze Journey will be discussed.
